FRP fan
FRP fan is a FRP (FRP) fan. Its appearance and size are exactly the same as steel blower. Only the shell and the impeller are made of glass steel. The biggest feature is corrosion resistance, acid resistance and alkali, which belongs to a kind of anticorrosion fan.

Shell
The high quality fiberglass cloth produced by Taishan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. uses the famous non full resin produced by the Tianjin synthetic material plant. The resin belongs to the international quality resin with excellent material and bright color. The surface coating is made of Sino US joint venture Tianjin love fine chemical plant, containing anti ultraviolet agent, aging resistance and high strength. Light weight, corrosion resistance; in the metallurgical, chemical and other corrosive plants, it makes up for the defects of the aging, cracking, deformation and short life of the plastic fan, which greatly improves its use value. The company uses a mold to form, on the one hand, improve the appearance of the beauty, better enhance the overall strength of the fan, change the traditional technology caused by the awkward shape, weak strength, so that the product better for the production and use of customers to do a strong backing.

Fan impeller
Using the mould pressing FRP impeller, the bending strength is not less than 196Mpa, the cross section adopts the overly smooth, smooth surface, no cracks, gap, burr and other defects, the whole effect is good, the fan does the static balance test, according to the "rigid rotor balance precision", the grade takes G6.3 grade, the gap of the inner wall of the Ye Jianju tube is 30mm, the error is not more than 1 0mm, the fan has the advantages of reasonable aerodynamic, large air volume, low noise, high efficiency and corrosion resistance.

Scope of application

Production condition
The professional manufacturers of FRP fans are all small, because the demand for FRP fans in China is very small. Why does it have a small demand? Because the cost of the FRP fan is higher than the cost of the steel fan, the ordinary ventilation environment will not choose the FRP fan, and the place with acid alkali gas is limited to the place where the ordinary environment is, so the demand of the FRP fan is less than that of the steel fan.
From 2008, the production of FRP axial fan began to be mechanized by hand, and the factory began to use four column hydraulic press to produce shafts of FRP axial fan. By 2012, the FRP roof fan shell and rain proof cap had been produced by the four column hydraulic press, and the produced fan was called the moulded FRP roof fan. Mechanized and batch production of FRP fan has greatly increased production efficiency, reduced manpower and material resources and reduced production cost.
